Refund process

Refunds are now processed through Basketball Connect in the same way you paid. You can choose to de-register for the competition by logging into Basketball Connect and untick to deregistering from the competition. If you have issues or need clarification, please get in contact.  De registration does not mean you will automatically receive a refund these are considered on a case-by-case basis and the timeframe in which the refund is requested.  Once players have taken the court only a partial refund will be considered, Refunds are a three-step process and require the club, association and Basketball Queensland to process the request before it is finalised.
