By registering for a season with Hoopstars Inc, players and parents agree to train and play with the team in which they are selected for the whole of that season. Hoopstars Inc recognises that sometimes circumstances change and this may mean that your child is unable to complete playing the season a of basketball. Please read below so you can be aware of which exceptional circumstances we will refund and how our refund process works.
Any player withdrawing from a team after teams have been released will incur a $20 administration fee.
It is not acceptable to request a refund from the club if the player is continuing to play representative basketball for Southern Districts, as a requirement of the representative commitment is that players must be playing domestically.
Under no circumstance no refund will be given after the 50%+1 games have been played unless a below condition is met.
