Our Holiday Workout sessions are on again. These sessions are a great way to get yourself ready to step out on the court for the second half of the season. We have 3 sessions available.

You can choose to come to both sessions or choose Strength and Conditioning or Basketball workout. There is a 15% discount if you attend ALL three days.

  • Strength and Conditioning Sessions 7:30am to 8:30am
  • Basketball workouts 8:30 to 10:30am
  • All sessions at Southern Districts Stadium

Other information

  • You MUST register to participate. The current health environment does not allow for participants to just turn up and particiapte.
  • MUST BE 13 OR OVER for the Strength and Conditioning sessions.
  • Current COVID-19 requirements will be adhered to.
  • You must bring enough water for your sessions, towel, and basketball for the basketball sessions.
  • Stadium bubblers and canteen will not be open.
